Raphael Hofer worked for twelve years as a guest-relations manager at one of Vienna’s grand hotels, looking after families who came back year after year and expected, quite reasonably, to be remembered.
We began Vienna Concierge after one too many American couples told us, quietly, the same thing: we love this city, but the planning ate the trip. Especially when grandchildren were coming along.
So we built a small studio that does one thing well. We answer the email ourselves. We make the bookings ourselves. And when you arrive in Vienna, the number you have is ours.
